“The property is located in a very affluent area. Totally peaceful and quiet. The furniture and fittings are first class and in particular the enormous bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you could possibly want available to you. In particular the freestanding bath gives you views of the field with roaming deer present on most days. “Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! ”

“Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. ”

“Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood……
