Ski trip
I had been to this property before, so I knew the listing pictures were inaccurate. My beforehand experience of attempting to communicate with the property manager was terrible…very impersonal and not dependable. My stay was pleasant and the staff at Wyndham Pagosa are very helpful and professional. This was not the case with the listing agent. I would recommend this property, but would book through someone else.

Different than the pictures showing
We booked for 2 bedrooms 2 baths thought we would get bigger property like the pictures showed on the listing, Pictures showed down stairs, but when we arrived we got 2 separate condo on upstairs. The pictures on listing were inaccurate and misleading. Inside of property were clean but outdated, again doesn’t look like the pictures on listing. I won’t stay here again because of the inaccuracies of the listing. But location was good.

It’s was a great experience and would love to do it again. Enjoyed the town and what it had to offer
Overall it was perfect. The only issue we had was the listing on VRBO was not the same property (condo) we saw and paid for. We stayed in in condo 7007. Not the same listed on VRBO. I believe when you list something it needs to be the same as the pictures that you have posted and are trying to sell. However the condo was beautiful and we had a wonderful time waking up to the mountain scene and watching some hot air balloons in the morning.

waited over 2 hours past the check in time for the room to be ready. floors had not been cleaned. dirty winows, we did ask for housekeeping to come in to clean the floors - housekeeping never showed in all of the thee day we were there
