This was not our original booked place to stay. 4 days before our trip the owner cancelled our condo booking, but let me tell you we ended up with an even better place to stay here. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and it was well stocked with all necessary items needed. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property!
I can’t say enough good things about this property! My family comes to Pagosa every year and some year multiple times and have all agreed this has been out favorite place we’ve stayed! We cooked a couple of times and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lots of extra clean towels and blankets! They even had fans in every room and laundry detergent(something I always forget). We also need lots of deer in the yard including 7 bucks all at once, one as big as a 6x7! Great location and a great host that checked on us a couple times which rarely happens! I can’t thank the property owner enough for a great experience!

1st trip to Colorado
We arrived on Monday afternoon and was so pleased with the house. It was exactly like to description online. We were pleasantly surprised that there were even spices in the cabinet. The proximity to all in town was great. We didn’t need to drive any amount of time for anything. The wildlife in and around our yard was awesome. I had never seen mule deer and to be able to photo them as close as we did was unreal. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. This house exceeded any of our expectations. Thank you for making this an experience we will remember for years.

Need new beds
Both queen bed mattresses need replaced, they roll to the middle. Not comfortable at all. The two that slept in the twin beds said they were not good as well. Lots of stuff in the closets and left over stuff in drawers. The only way to watch TV was thru apps and the Wi-Fi would go out in the middle of watching a movie and wouldn’t come back on for up to an hour.

Wonderful quiet location!
This house is great for a small family. It was close to restaurants, and Walmart. It was about a 10 min drive to the spings with traffic and a 40min drive to ski with traffic. When we arrived the house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. FYI there there is no crockpot, and the kitchen has a kureg coffee pot and a regular coffee pot. Having a garage to pull into was nice. They provided a few detergent pods for the dishwaher and washer along with dryer sheets. It would have been great to have access to the garage without having to go into the house. The front stoop was not cleared and was icy making it tricky to come and go. Host and host company were quick to respond, check in was easy and didn't require anything but a code they send you. Overall we would stay here again without question.
