Pagosa by the lake

This property did not disappoint. It was a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. The property was beautiful and all the furnishings were nice and comfortable. The view was amazing, very picturesque. Well done.

Amazing stay

Very clean and amazing place to stay by the lake! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The hosts have really thought of everything to make guests feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay! The place is clean, and you can’t beat the view. We had neighbors but never heard them if that’s anyone's concern. Communication was great, we had no issues. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend. The place was perfect for our family of 4! We enjoyed the area and paddle boarding on the lake. The kids didn’t want to leave and asked when we can come back!

Relaxing Visit in Pagosa Springs

Everything was as pictured with all conveniences in place. We loved sitting on the back deck in the evenings looking over the water. Great location and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place not too far from town.

Great location with fun amenities

We had a great time at Knotty and Nice! It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the paddleboards, and the deck with the outdoor fire pit! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

AMAZING VIEWS FROM ALL WINDOWS

We stayed at the Lake House last year and couldn't wait to come back. The place is amazing along with its views. The beds are comfortable and it has everything you could need. We can't wait to go again next year but stay 4 days instead of 3.

What a fantastic place!!

We had a great time and "Knotty & Nice" really met all our expectations and more. The pics are very accurate, very modern kitchen and appliances, very comfortable bedrooms and living room. The deck was outstanding and a great place to just sit and relax, grill dinner or star gaze after dark. We took some day trips and also had a lot of fun with the kayak and paddle boards. We had a great time and will definitely look at staying here again.

Peace and Quiet.

This is an exceptional getaway for friends and family who want to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful and comfortable home on the lake. The deck is spacious and well equipped with chairs and tables, both shaded and in the sun, with views that only Colorado can offer. You will find everything you need including very comfy beds. :). Highly recommend!

What a view!

This property was gorgeous, and the view was absolutely spectacular! We came to Pagosa for a long weekend with our kiddos to enjoy the hot springs, also amazing, and coming home to this comfy property felt like home. With cozy bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view, we couldn’t be more comfortable. This had everything we needed. Thank you for the enjoyable stay and a place to make new memories! 😊

Great place for Family’s toget away.

Property was clean and well stocked lots to do. Ur kids are 13,15,16,20, & 23. Everyone loved our stay. One of my favorite things about this place is that it is a duplex and if you plan ahead you could rent both sides and have a great time with friends while everyone has their own space.

This was a wonderful rental. Clean, quiet lake location. Very responsive mgmt when we had a very minor problem with the freezer door handle. the only suggestion I have is that the heat is not as easy to regulate as we were led to believe with Alexa. I highly endorse this listing.

Serene Setting - wonderful amenities

This property is tucked away—feeling private and serene. The breathtaking views of the lake can be seen from everywhere in the house. I loved the country quiet while being just a short drive from town, hot springs, etc. We loved having access to a huge game cart, paddle board, air hockey table, and more. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—no cheap scratchy sheets. It was the perfect base for our hiking, shopping, eating, swimming adventures. Just the calm we needed after a long drive to get there and high energy outings. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table to the fullest. The lake is literally the backyard. It was iced over, but the view was beautiful. I bet the lake at this home in the summer amazing! Check-in was easy, communication with the host was immediate. We really enjoyed our stay.
