Beautiful getaway in Pagosa

We did our annual girl's trip to Pagosa this year. The house was amazing, secluded and not too far from the hot springs. The views are incredible, and we loved the quiet.

Amazing Stay

Wolf Creek ski weekend

This is a beautiful and comfortable home with spectacular views. Our whole family enjoyed the gorgeous setting. The drive to the ski resort is about 30 minutes each way. Pagosa Springs is a close drive with many cute restaurants. We hope to visit again!

Hot tub under the stars

Property was very clean and neat. Beautiful views from every window, but especially from the hot tub, which is just steps from the back door. Very relaxing visit! Thank you!

Great Place

Great secluded location but close to town. Great views. By 10 am everyday the back patio was in the shade and we spent a good bit of time just enjoying the great weather and wonderful views of the East Range. In the afternoon, we spent on the patio grilling. In the evening we were able to turn off the lights and not have any light pollution; then have incredible views of the Milky Way. We will stay here again!!

88 Peace Place was a dream. The property has beautiful views from the deck & hot tub. The master bathroom was AWESOME. Quite neighborhood, plenty of parking and lots of room for dancing :)

Skiing with Siblings

We met at this lovely home for a week in the snow and just reconnecting. The house and the views are lovely, VIP management company was very responsive to a minor issue with the fireplace. There is plenty of sleeping room and is decorated very nicely! I would definately rent this property again.

Breathtaking home

Me and my two boys had the best time at this house. The location and views were 5 starts. We had three feet of snow and the boys sledded in the yard every day. It is a special place. The roads were also cleared and easy for us to get into the house. We will be back.

Beautiful views and plenty of room

Beautiful views all around and the decks were our favorite space to sit. We enjoyed the home, and nature and there was plenty of room. We were sad that the dishes were put up dirty in the cabinet when we went to use them, and pest control (8 am) and landscaping (9 am) woke everyone up on two separate occasions without notice. Better communication would be great but the home was amazing.

Awesome Ski & R&R

This is a fabulous house for a small group or family & friends with the Master upstaamd all other rooms downstairs.The mgmt company was very responsive. The house is beautiful with room to roam around the grounds. Mountain View’s are spectacular from inside and outside the house. Very easy drive to Wolf Creek and grocery stores nearby. The patio and outdoor space must be fantastic in the Summer too. We will be back!

Huge windows everywhere to let in the gorgeous Colorado light and landscape. Highly recommended for families or large groups. It has a ton of bonus interior space for kids to play within. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end tools and appliances for people who want to cook elaborate and/or large meals. My only note is that the owners should landscape the exterior more thoroughly. The property is covered with thorny weeds and that made it hard for us and our dog to play/explore outside. Otherwise it’s an A+ Quality rental home.

It's conveniently located and only a short drive to downtown. We saw tons of wildlife from the amazing patio and the house was clean and well kept. VIP was amazing to work with and has the best communication to make sure your stay is top notch. We enjoyed white water rafting, horseback riding, and rented ATVs during our stay in Pagosa Springs.
