"Booked two rooms and found out that one side can be hotter and the other side cool depending on direction of sun. No AC units to cools the hot side, Also extra surprise charges were requested upon check in and in addition Expedia choice of breakfast included does mean that and was a place where breakfast was chargeable."

"The place is good enough for a one-night stay for a big group such as a family of 6 like us. The international breakfast buffet also have a great variety that cater to various taste buds and someone who like to experience various cuisine like me. I enjoyed the room temperature swimming pool as well, especially in the chilling weather in Cameron. However, the room conditions is not fantastic and hence, it is good for just one to two nights. The customer service is good enough."

"We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO...
