「Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.」

「Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

「Beautiful view from the lanai. This condo is located in a scenic, quiet area. The king bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. Towels in the unit were very nice. 「It was a great location off Kihei absolutely loved the view from 6th floor, easy parking, clean facility and the room itself was HUGE! The balcony going across both rooms was a bonus. Also, bonus board, chairs, towels, different coffee makers and the tupperwear for example. 「Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? 」
