"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the money. The foyer was very clean and welcoming, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room (although fairly small) was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Continental breakfast was very nicely prepared and laid out. It is the first time I’ve stayed in this area of London but this would be my hotel of choice should I come here again."

"The rooms are what you'd expect and the window glazing could definitely be upgraded (it was a bit drafty and the woodwork needs a paint), but the staff are absolutely wonderful. From check in the check out, they were super friendly and extra helpful. "
