Room is fully renovated with high tech control for lights and air conditioning system. Interior is super clean. This hotel is located at the center of main attraction like popular restaurants and close to Alhambra! Communication with staffs was easy and helpful. Will stay again!

Staff greeted us on arrival and showed us the room. The room was very clean and comfortable! Would recommend to anyone. It takes about 15 min to get to the Alhambra including a few minute walk to the bus stop.

Having book with Expedia , it was not clear that this was a rented apartment. I enjoy my hotels too much. Everything was good at hotel, clean. Parking was included, but you need a small car. Parking very difficult to manoeuvre.

The apartment was very clean and in a central location. AC worked great. The layout was a little strange for my taste, as the en suite bathroom and bedroom be in the same exact space, meaning the toilet is right next to the bed, but it made my teenager happy. The city is not drivable and parking was extremely challenging but

The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room.

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Nice decor. It was a sanctuary from the 39 heat outside and a nice place to return to after exploring the wonderful sights of Granada. Communication was easy. We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. This was one of our favorite hotels in our month long travels in Spain. We would absolutely return.

Excellent hotel. Patios were lovely. Room was spacious and comfortable, all amenities in room. Staff was very inviting and polite and accommodating in everything. Great landing spot just on the fringe of old town for easy in/out in car, easy walking distance to the good old town.

Wonderful stay in Granada!

The room (remodeled a couple years ago) was excellent, clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony and wrap around windows opening out onto a couple beautiful streets of Granada. Think modern amenities right in the heart of Granada. Katherina, our host, went above and beyond in accommodating us and even helping to book a show and ride. We stayed in 6 different hotels on this trip and this one was the best by far.

It’s was wonderful! This property had absolutely everything you could ever imagine!! Everything plus it was so comfy and lovely and brand new. Each bedroom had queen beds, tv’s (streaming included) and en-suite bathrooms. Free laundry on the first floor. Ideal location in the heart of old Granada. The host, Katherine was perfect and responded almost immediately to every question- plus she gave great recc’s for to do’s and eating. Thee best stay ever!

Had a lovely stay at Palatino Concept Suite, very stylish and modern apartment with all mod cons and perfect location on a quiet street right in the center of town, about 5 minutes from cathedral square. Our host was super responsive and helped with everything from parking arrangements, to booking dinner! My only small gripe was that the sound insulation between floors let a fair bit of noise through.

Great place to stay with outdoor jacuzzi! Location was perfect next to shops, restaurants, easy to get to all major attractions. Room was quiet and comfortable with lots is space! Katherine was so helpful with my stay. You can use WhatsApp to easily communicate with host.

Beautiful room/apartment, lovely area, but the best part was our hostess. She was delightful, very welcoming and communicative. Helped arrange for us to see a flamenco show and got us reservations at a wonderful restaurant. She is fantastic!

Katherine was especially helpful... contacted us in advance and met us at the property. In addition, she helped us get to a tour that was timed tightly with our arrival. The property was great – newly redone – and in a great location.

My wife and I stayed here on one leg of our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. The room was thoughtfully designed and modern with a very comfortable bed. The property manager, Katherina, was friendly and communicative throughout our stay, giving us many fantastic suggestions for our itinerary and setting us up with a phenomenal private tour of the Alhambra. Everything about this stay was above and beyond. We will happily stay here again if we find ourselves back in the wonderful city of Granada!

Our family of four enjoyed the stay at this place is very recommendable. Very modern, cozy, very clean attraction walkable from 10 to 15 minutes. Do you have the option of a private parking. The host was able to reserve a table at a nice restaurant as well. I really recommend this place.
