They were incredibly helpful, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. It may have been my own oversight for not paying closer attention to the lack of an elevator and the type of accommodation this is. The rooms themselves were very clean, tastefully decorated, and offered excellent value for the price. However, our room was one of only a handful located……

“Great hosts and property - standard room was a decent size Just a note for Canadian and American guests, this is not a typical bed and breakfast ! There is coffee espresso machine and kettle available in the common area but no breakfast per se ”

“The hotel in general was really excellent- super friendly and helpful staff, good location, the garden was a wonderful oasis. The room (The Deluxe room with sauna) felt more like an afterthought room concept than a room itself - if you want the feeling of sleeping in a spa then this is absolutely for you- but I felt it was a bit weird - the shower is in the main room so you have to be very comfortable with your partner - didn’t feel the need for a sauna, it was hot enough outside, and overall……

“Our stay was excellent. Our host met us upon arrival and showed us to our room. The check in process was very smooth and our host was very responsive on WhatsApp throughout our whole stay and answered any questions we had. The room was exactly as advertised. Bed was comfortable and shower had hot and cold water, the pressure was also good. Room was very clean and serviced every day. Location was very good, right next to the main street and opera house, lots of food and shopping options. There……

“Really helps to have an elevator!”

“The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside. ”

“Awesome place, just in the middle of the history center of Palermo. Nice, clean, good AC, hot water. Also with a kitchen that you can prepare you own snack or breakfast.”
