“nice hotel, great location, right in the center, 2mins to the two towers, and the main shopping area. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so Richful of choices and yummy! Rooms clean and amenity is nice! Great bargain booked with hotels. Will still be my first choice when exploring Bologna! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying”

“What a treat to stay in one of the Phi Hotel apartments in the heart of Bologna. Comfortable, clean with lots of room and well equipped kitchen- with lots of coffee. Serviced every day. Reception in hotel very helpful. ”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“This is a well located property and although the beds were very small, they were clean and comfortable. It is on a busy and loud street, but the window closes out most of the sound. There was a major soccer match in town that evening so the crowds were rowdy and loud. It did not distub us, however.”

“Clean and comfy place. Walking distance from train station and has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Owner is very friendly and communicative over whatsapp if needed”

We have breakfast at the hotel every morning. We also had dinner one night at the hotel. Location is very good, close to central station and walking distance to all the major attractions.”
