The living area is a double-height space with a lovely wood flooring and is furnished with a large corner sofa, a Tv and a workstation. Thanks to high french doors that give access to the balcony, this area is flooded with light and offers glimpses of the sea on the horizon and of the boats moored at la Cala. The kitchen is fully equipped, fitted with an oven and a dishwasher, in addition to a dining area.
Walking up the stairs in the living room, the bedroom with a queen-sized bed seems to float over the living area. From here, guests will have access to the silent and furnished terrace, where to enjoy privacy in a starry and warm Sicilian evening, maybe sipping a good local wine. An additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a large shower completes the property, in addition to comforts such as air conditioning and heating.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city.
