「It is a decent property extremely hard to find If you're driving it located in a small back alley with a giant wood door with a small sign. You will probably not find it to have your car valeted. Lucky we were able to find an open spot nearby in the city and walk our way in. There is also a sewer or garbage smell at times in the room and very loud outside at night. Bring your ear plugs. The property was clean and the front desk staff was very nice. Had its positives but know what you're getting...

「we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. 「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.」
