“The rooms were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the location in Palermo Soho was great. Many dining options nearby, etc. The most outstanding thing about the Glu, however, was the staff. “Room was great. It’s a large size and very clean. Would be great for a longer stay. My only nit is the pillows were small and flat which made for a less than restful sleep. I would’ve asked for more if I were staying longer. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were super helpful. They were also accommodating for luggage storage before our flight. ”
