"Very nice hotel "

"The kitchen had everything we needed, The room was spacious and clean!!"

"Wife and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, good location within a couple of blocks of 2 metro stations. Room was clean, staff very attentive. Breakfast was good, usual fare fruits, breads,cereal , yogurts, waffle machine, coffee and juices . Room had a small kitchen with a fridge ,microwave, coffee maker, good if you are staying for a while and would like to purchase and store some groceries. Room was clean but could have used a little TLC, Building has 2 elevators which were a little slow. It was a good area close to University, had restaurants in the area, small market couple of blocks down. Would stay there again. "

"The hotel is very basic - 3 stars at best - and in a very sketchy area of town. Lots of people smoking pot wondering about just in front of or on the side streets nearby. The pool/sauna looked nice but I’m not sure I’d walk alone 7 minutes away to visit them. While checking in a man came in and sprinted up the stairs and the reception man had to leave us to go up the stairs to tell him he wasn’t allowed to do that. Then when we got to the room the bathroom handle was broken so one of us could have been locked inside the bathroom if it came off. In general we didn’t feel safe in the area or the hotel so we left a few hours later - hotel didn’t give any sort of refund (we were staying 2 nights so I asked for one night) and hotels.com wasn’t able to contact them. Bed was pretty hard. Overall would not recommend. Go stay in old Montreal, unless you’re a college student used to roughing it up or used to being in sketchy areas of town I’d avoid this spot."

"Its a relatively budget hotel that was pretty decent. Staff was warm and competent. Housekeeping was good, beds were comfy. It was exactly what i needed. I would stay again. "

"Very mediocre stay. Had two consecutive but separate reservations which turned into an issue at the front desk. The room is tired and desperately in need of a renovation. Showers are so small that they are barely usable. Smallest TV that I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The rooms look funky on the pictures but they’re tired. Noisy, could hear every little bit of hallway movement, especially at 3 AM. Worst part - no housekeeping. When I complained to the front desk, I was just told they were short staffed and too bad. Had to beg for a fresh towel drop. The price is good, but spend a little bit more for anywhere else."
