Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Strandpromenade und auch zum Freibad in Suna und zum Hafen in Pallanza ist es nicht weit. Für die Versorgung gibt es Gaststätten in der Umgebung, es kann aber selbst in der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche gekocht werden.
