“We loved our time at this home. We stayed with friends and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and hang out. It was in a perfect location to bike or walk to coffee and food. Would recommend. Thank you! ”

“Excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was Very well stocked. Nice beach chairs and bikes available to use. Swimming pool was very clean. Parking can be a little tight if you have large vehicles like ours, being from Texas. Finally Google maps was trying to get me to turn into a business driveway off Dubois park road but the road is one way so best to come in off A1A.”

“My stay at the bnb was excellent from start to finish. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. All the amenities worked great, and small touches like extra towels and snacks made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable……

“Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)”

“The property was super clean, spacious for our group. Property management was very responsive when we asked questions and had one little plumbing problem. Pool was great and hot tub too. Speaker system was great including outside that syncs to the inside. Walk to the beach is easy! Loved check out process not having to clean out the refrigerator. Extra refrigerator in the garage was key for our large group. The beach was beautiful. Loved the covered patio! We could stil use it when it was……

“DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Would give zero stars if possible. We arrived at this property at 4pm Sunday and the AC was not working it was 79 degrees on the first floor at 83 on the second floor. By 7:30pm the house had not cooled down so we made the decision leave and to return to our house 3 min away because it was unsafe for our family with two young children & a small dog to sleep. The host was alerted & we told them we wanted to leave and be refunded. They refused to refund……

“The home was very comfortable, attractive, clean and well-maintained, and the nicely landscaped pool area was a great place to swim and relax. Ferney is an excellent host. He provided all of the information we needed upon our arrival, and was highly responsive when we had questions and requests. The house is located in the Old Northwood neighborhood which is a great place to visit with its many historical homes and proximity to downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach. We would happily stay……
