Can’t Get Better Than This

The beautiful three bedroom two bath condo was so comfortable. The view from the living room and master bedroom of the ocean was breathtaking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our breakfast. Great restaurants nearby was a bonus. The facility was well maintained and pleasurable.Definitely would stay again.

Girls weekend for the wife

Second time renting this unit from Richard. Place is ocean front, top floor and awesome views. The wife, her mom and sisters had an awesome time at Cinnamon beach. Place is well stocked, clean and Richard was always responsive to her questions& needs. Will definitely rent again.

Always a Great Trip

I’ve stayed at this property many times and have never been disappointed. It was fresh and clean, and the new decor updates were very nice. I booked the next trip before I even completed the trip I’m reviewing now. I appreciate having a nice, clean and safe place to stay when I’m in Palm Coast and love that the beach is just a two minute walk. Thank you!

we stayed at Cinnamon beach 4 times now, this condo I would rate right at the top.

Clean, taste full decorated, well stocked with all essentials plus. Location is perfect for a quiet get away. Will be back.

The condo was wonderful... perfect location. It was very clean and in perfect shape. Wonderful views of the ocean with a quick walk down to it. Total safe and secure area with 24 on duty guard. Easy access. Short drive to Daytona or St. Augustine... We will definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Condo and Location

Love Cinnamon Beach condos

I think this condo had to be the best one out of the 10 times we have stayed in the condos! Simply decorated, everything you need to cook is available, and comfortable beds!! Clean and well maintained. May have to revisit in Summer :).

Great retreat

The condo is very comfortable and attractive. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner is easy to contact if needed. Our grandchildres (3-5) came for overnight and absolutely enjoyed the beach and family pool. There is a childrens area within the family pool that is really nice. Highly recommend this unit

Excellent stay

Condo was very clean and very well stocked for everything you could need. There was a closet full of beach equipment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Each of the three bedrooms are well decorated and everything is very clean and well kept. Bathrooms come with so many extra towels. There is a publix 5 minute drive away for groceries. Would definately stay here again!

Beach Vacation

We loved the condo and it's location on Cinnamon Beach. First the views from the Balcony are spectacular. We saw the sunrise each morning, Pelicans in flight, and an added bonus of Dophin feeding in the ocean. The unit was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren who are 10 and 5 years of age loved the pool and the gameroom. And so did we. The beach is so beautiful. We would love to come back for a golf weekend. Cheryl and John

Beautiful setting.

Property is very convenient to the beach, a short walk to the pools. If you lease this beautiful beachfront condo, bring your amenities and paper products. The owner furnishes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, a tiny bar of soap and dishwasher soap. There are a few out-of-date spices in the pantry, but adequate dishes/pots/pans to cook. There are old beach towels and some children's plastic beach toys to borrow as well.

Paradise... A taste of Heaven!

This place has it all! The entire area is upscale! Everything you need! Clean & Beautiful! Just like being at home! As soon as you enter the Condo you can see the ocean. Ocean views from the Kitchen, dining room, living room and the Master bedroom. very spacious Condo! very nice balcony with comfortable lounge chairs table and chairs and you can feel the breeze from the ocean. The pools are clean and beautiful! one pool is designed more for children (family) and the other pool overlooks the ocean! we highly recommend this place to all ages! Grocery Store is 5 mins away! We will be back!

Outstanding Condo

Best Condo we have ever stayed at and we have been exploring Florida one condo at a time. Beautiful view from the balcony and good size. Excellent furniture through out and the kitchen is well stocked. My wife and I enjoyed the "Quiet" pool which is really relaxing. There is a kids pool just across the street where they can play and be louder. As others have said there are rocks on the beach and they are quiet large. Awesome beach view and you can get wet and cool off on the beach but definitely can;t swim there. If you want to swim though there is a park a few miles down the road that has no rocks and was like a 5 minute drive for us.

Wonderful view and condo!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach penthouse condo. The ocean view and sound of the waves was so peaceful. The balcony was our favorite spot to sit, but you could see the water from the living room, dining room, kitchen& master bedroom as well. We had a great view of the rocket launch from the balcony. There were lots of shells to pick up on this beach. The rocks on the beach made tide pools with fish in some of them. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room at the clubhouse which was a couple blocks walk or there were a few parking spots there if you wanted to drive. The parking under the building was very convenient and there were luggage carts that were conveniently placed near the elevator. We appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, tent, and umbrella available to use at the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of dishes. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive to any questions or concerns that came up all along the booking process and stay. We would happily stay here again if our future travels bring us back to the area.
