Great long weekend
We had a group of 12 that stayed at this property. It was the perfect layout and space for our families that encompassed grandparents, adults, teens, and younger kiddos. Such an easy walk to the beach and lots of great things to do near the property. We really love the home!

Great place!
10 of us stayed at this house. It was very spacious. Views were phenomenal from the crow’s nest. Check in was easy and Scott was quick to reply to text messages. We all loved it and would like to stay again next year!

Christmas 2023 Getaway
We joined our daughters and their husbands and all the grandchildren with plenty of comfortable space for all of us. Great property within walking distance of the beach and conveniently close to Flagler Beach downtown area. Had a great getaway! Great communication with the property manager and very accommodating and helpful with our last minutes changes!

Amazing family reunion
Scott’s house is just wonderful and setup with all high end furniture and absolutely everything needed to have the perfect vacation. It was huge and there was so much room to spread out for our group of 13. We thoroughly enjoyed both the wraparound decks that had amazing sunrise and sunset views and perfectly placed furniture to lounge on. It was a quick walk to the beach and the house was equipped with everything possible including a cart to carry our stuff to the beach. We used the pool table and foosball tables for several hours every single day of our vacation and had several matches. Scott’s house is really setup as someone’s highend luxury home and we sure felt at home :). He was very responsive host and we would love to come back another time. I will highly recommend Scott as a host, he even mailed out makeup that my sister left behind.

Awesome House Beach!
We had a great time at the beach house! We had 4 of our families together for vacation. This house was amazing, everything we needed was there! Walked to the beach everyday, some beach items were in garage. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all! Balcony’s on every floor with wrap around porch! If you wanted privacy you could have it! We loved our time there and will definitely be back!! We played corn holes, pool, foosball, horseshoe, or just relax and enjoy the ocean view and breeze!
