Family Gathering

This home was perfect for our family. There are four very spacious bedrooms and a 5th bedroom with two twin beds. There are 4 beautiful full bathrooms and a half bath located downstairs just off the pool. Everything was exceptionally clean and well designed for family vacation.

Excellent property! Beautiful home with wonderful amenities!! Unfortunately Hurricane Milton interfered and we received a mandatory evacuation. Our trip was cut very short but we have decided we will book this property again!!

Family/Friend vacation getaway

The house was very nice and clean! There were 8 adults in our group, and we had plenty of room. The house was well maintained and stocked. We were disappointed that the fire pit and outside grill were not working. Overall we enjoyed the home and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful and Spacious Home!

Stayed in this home over the holidays. It is a beautiful with an abundance of space. The home is within walking distance to the clubhouse, and beach! Our only disappointment was that the pool WAS not heated as stated in the description. We had young children who were looking forward to swimming. We called the property management multiple times and was told each time that somebody would come check the pool and they never did.

Great Space for a Large Family

This is a great house for a large family. 5 spacious bedrooms provided enough space for our family of 9. The large family room and kitchen/dining area allowed us to comfortably watch movies, play games and eat meals. The pool was nice to jump in and cool off during a hot Florida summer day. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk from the house. The gated community limited the number of people in the neighborhood and beach area. If we are in the area again, we would reserve this house again without hesitation.

Perfect Beach Vacation Home

This house has absolutely everything you need for a fabulous week at the beach. They have every beach need covered from wagon to umbrellas, chairs, towels and super nice bicycles. It is a very easy/short walk out to the beach, but the pool at the house is so nice as well! The kitchen is fully stocked. We were surprised to find a second washer/dryer in the main floor primary suite! Every bedroom has a custom closet with built in shelves and drawers. The photos don't begin to show how beautiful and thoughtful this rental is! There was so much room to spread out and relax. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Beautiful roperty

After 10 yrs of vacationing in Palm Coast our initial impression was we’ll be back here. Had everything you could possibly need ExCEPT a good night sleep. Service man came & checked AC. Problem was not AC but controlled by RING system. After 2 nights upstairs finally would go to 68. However downstairs was 78 degrees after initial 2 hr set. Impossible to sleep!

Family Vacation

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children (5/3/infant). This house has alot to offer for such a group. 4 king size beds that were all very comfortable. Kitchen appliances and equipment were great. Bikes/beach equipment (wagon/chairs/umbrellas/towels)were in very good condition. the proximity to beach was great: maybe a 200-300 yard walk that kids did without need to be carried or stroller. The only issue we had was with the home pool not being heated. We were told it would be heated to 82* but there was an error code ("Flo") on heater which I spoke to the pool maintenance man about when he came to service pool. I think he tried to correct but there was never an heat coming through the pool jets. Fortunately there is a very nice community pool that was heated so we all went there and the kids loved the gradual entry.
