"We had a great stay overall. The space was very spacious and extremely clean, which we really appreciated. While some of the furniture—especially in the living room—felt a bit outdated (the curtains weren’t my favorite), the kitchen and bathroom looked recently remodeled, which was a huge plus. Having updated, modern kitchen and bathroom areas definitely made up for the older furniture. The front desk staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. They took the time to explain the resort options clearly and were very accommodating with our late check-in request, which made the experience stress-free. It’s pet friendly and not crazy pet fee as seen in other places. Very fair price. Overall, this was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend! "

"We had a pleasant stay at this dog-friendly waterfront home for New Year’s. The location is peaceful and the private dock was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing mornings and beautiful sunsets. Having a washer/dryer and a designated work station made the stay very convenient for our family. The property was VERY clean on arrival and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Our dog felt very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe for walks. A couple of small notes: the third bedroom has a bunk bed, which may not be ideal for older guests, and they just have american coffee machine of capsules. Aside from that, everything was functional and as described. The view from the house is amazing. Overall, a comfortable home for a family getaway with pets, great outdoor space, and a lovely waterfront atmosphere. We would stay here again. We drove to St Augustine to spend time with our family and the rout is incredible."

This place is in a beautiful area with the beaches very close and lovely parks nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly too. "
