Enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was on a private golf club. The community was gated and quiet. The location was ideal for travel to Palm Springs, Indio and all cities in between for golfing and dining out. The house was clean. Enjoyed the openness of the kitchen, dining room and living room. Master in-suite was nice and spacious. The master bed was comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items to fix meals. Enjoyed the spa in the evenings. This place exceeded our expectations.

Welcome to the Neighbourhood

The house was all that was advertised. We were 2 couples with family members cycling thru the month long rental. Kitchen had all the required utensils for our group. We had a issue with the TV that was promptly attended to by the rental agent. We as renters felt welcomed into this neighbourhood. We'd like to express our gratitude to the owners and agent for offering up this house in the rental pool. Cheers

Beautiful Home and Location

We truly enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was very clean and modern and nicely decorated. The private pool and spa overlooking the golf course gave us a fabulous view. The property management company also did a wonderful job and was very responsive if we needed something. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

One month in Avondale

The house on the 4th hole of the Avondale golf course was perfect. Roomy, great beds, and a wonderful patio. Having access to the garage was another treat giving us ample storage and kept our car out of the heat. House was very well supplied and the BBQ was simple and effective. We would stay there again in a a heartbeat.

My husband and I had the BEST time in your beautiful home. We are celebrating our retirement for the end of this year and had a fabulous place to invite all our golf buddies and friends. Your place is just perfect to relax, to enjoy and to have friends. And by the way, I am a gourmet cook and it was easy to make wonderful meals for all to enjoy with your spacious kitchen. Our little dogs also enjoyed your yard with the lovely view as well as we did. Thanks again for opening your home to us, and by the way, such a reasonable price for a full month of fun. We will be back next year :)

Wonderful Golf Course Condo

This condo was located in a gated golf community so it felt very safe. The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean, easy access and instructions for renters. The management company was always there to help with any of our needs and Ashley was great to work with. The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was wonderful. The outside patio, spa and pool were just what we were looking for. It was just unfortunate the weather did not cooperate during our stay so we didn't get to use it nearly as much as we had planned but no one can control the weather. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Hopefully we left it just as we found it! Lovely!
