- This condo is located in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club. Classic Model - 2BR/2BA 1245 sq. ft. Beautiful views located between the 2nd green and 3rd tee box. Wonderful north facing extended patio that flows into part of living room with cozy fireplace! Furnished nicely! New patio furniture and propane gas BBQ. Complex includes Clubhouse with restaurant, golf, tennis, and security gate. Pool and spa is just a few units away. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a beautiful golf course, club house with restaurant, pro shop, fire pits and tennis. Coachella Valley's Premiere Pickleball & Tennis Club. Gated community includes 20 pools and spas located throughout the complex. During the month of October, the golf course will be closed for re-seeding. All other amenities are available. Any stays over 28 days, STR taxes will refunded.
