Santa Barbara Estate is a 7 bd, 3.5 ba house. Has a private pool/spa, BBQ grill wrap around patio, large yard and lot with lots of space for parking.
It is conveniently located near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and a quick drive away from the Empire Polo Club for Coachella Fest. During festivals, there is a shuttle within walking distance. This villa is located in estate part of Palm Desert, close to all your shopping and dining at El Paseo as well as world class golf just a short drive away.

Santa Barbara Estate is a custom, Spanish-styled,
7 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house. The property features a private salt water pool+ spa. It is conveniently located by top golf resorts, dining, shopping, and a quick walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
The luxurious and spacious Primary Suite 1 (bedroom 1) features a king-sized bed, TV, travertine floors, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, and a seating area with a love seat and chairs to relax in and enjoy a book. The bathroom in Primary Suite 1 features an over-sized custom tiled shower, granite counters, travertine back splash, dual vessel sinks, and a classic clawfoot bathtub for a long and luxurious soak.
Primary Suite 2 (bedroom 2) features two queen-sized beds, travertine floors, a ceiling fan, TV, huge walk-in closet, a comfortable chair and lamp for reading, and French doors that open to the side yard. The en-suite bathroom features an over-sized tiled shower, soaking tub, granite counters, travertine back-splash, and dual vessel sinks.
Bedroom 3 has two queen-sized beds, a ceiling fan, TV, chair and lamp for reading, and views to the mountains.
Bedroom 4 has two XL twin-sized beds, a ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.
Bedroom 5 has 2 queen-sized beds and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 6 has 2 queen sized beds
Bedroom 7 has one queen sized bed
Other available beds: Two deluxe queen-sized AeroBeds. Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.
Indoor-related amenities include local calling, free high-speed wireless Internet, televisions, a DVD player, PlayStation, Rock Band, air conditioning and heating, linen and towels, ironing board and iron, and a fully equipped laundry room with high-efficiency front loading washers and dryers.
The stunning, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters with travertine backsplash, stainless steel appliances, gas range, oven with convection, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen bar seats 3, while the beautiful formal dining area seats 7 and has access to the peaceful side patio via the French doors. The large wet bar has a sink, bar supplies, wine refrigerator, plenty of counter space and seats 3.
Outdoor-related amenities feature direct access to a private pool and hot tub with vivid Spanish tiles. The backyard has maximum privacy for outdoor entertaining, dining, lounging, and swimming. The yard is colorfully landscaped with queen palm trees, ficus trees, bougainvillea, and birds of paradise flowers. The large covered patio area also includes two dining tables with seating for 10 and has four lounge chairs to soak up the sun and beautiful mountain views that only the Coachella Valley provides.
A massive driveway is available with parking for 7, as well as a side driveway for overflow parking; street parking is also allowed. The 1-acre side yard is fenced off from the main backyard and is currently not landscaped; however, it may be used for extra parking.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS:
City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums, phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound amplifier or other similar machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited.
MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS
Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege.
FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

As per Palm Desert regulation PDMC 5.10.0030 Responsible person means a short term rental person who is at least 25 years of age and who is legally responsible for ensuring all occupants of the short term rental unit and/or their guests comply with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of the subject short term rental unit.
It is conveniently located near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and a quick drive away from the Empire Polo Club for Coachella Fest. During festivals, there is a shuttle within walking distance. This villa is located in estate part of Palm Desert, close to all your shopping and dining at El Paseo as well as world class golf just a short drive away. It located 10 minutes away from La Quinta and about 25 minutes away from Palm Springs and all of those cities have to offer.
