Palm Mountain Resort and Spa
They text you to see if you need anything. Charmaine answered my request for more lotion and body wash in my shower very quickly. Located within steps of 3 eateries that all have exceptional food and service.

The Dunes Hotel
The room was clean and well equipped, but was a bit small. Facilities on site were good with a nice pool, gym and gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in downtown within easy walking distance of the main shopping area and a supermarket over the road.

Staff can improve hospitality instead of just saying no to everything or just act to be supportive while have no real intent of helping customers! I request a room upgrade and which was denied and I saw guest next to my room who got room upgrade!! The resort is beautiful but staff is not so humble ...
