This place fit out group of 3 adults and 2 kids nicely. Everything felt new! The property management company was easy to get ahold of. We told them about the lock battery being low and they said they would send someome out.

Business conference getaway

The house was as pictured. Clean. Easy check in. Kitchen well stocked. The front bedroom was horrible. The "bed" was a firm box of foam. Sitting on it, it barely indented. No blanket, just a sheet. Decorative pillows, I had to take some from a different room. The porch light is on all night and comes in through the kitchen windows. Paying a third for my room was very disappointing. Stuff neck for three days. The other rooms were great. I would stay again BUT wouldn't use the front room without a new mattress.

Excellent Family rental!

This home was really beautiful and modern, while still being family friendly. The pool was by FAR our favorite part! We paid for heating and it was nice and warm, and the hot tub was amazing for the few cooler rainy days we had. Because we have a 2 year old that can unlock sliding doors, we brought our own adhesive door chime that would “ding-dong” any time the door opened. I would highly recommend this for families with young children/non-swimmers. There was ping pong, lawn jenga, bag toss and a super fun retro Ms. Pac-Man arcade game and Dig dug. The beds in the two main rooms were very comfortable, and there is actually the option of a pull out couch but we did not use it. The front bedroom did have a very firm bed. We didn’t use it, and it would have been too hard for me, but someone who likes a very firm mattress would be ok. They had yummy snacks upon arrival, and when our original door code didn’t work they were very responsive and got us in right away. They also left us a lovely bag of chocolates for the trouble. Overall this is a very well run VRBO. Just watch out for the extra fees. Once you add pool heat and the other associated fees the total cost per night was almost twice the listed price. However, this seems to be the trend in Palm Springs when we were looking at other properties. We were close to everything, and the last night we stayed in a hotel and we missed the house so much! This is a great choice for a vacation rental!

Great rental house for a group! Close to airport and downtown, well stocked, and fantastic Palm Springs vibe. Pictures and description are accurate and we had a very nice stay.
