Great location if you don't mind the noise

It was just like the pictures. Great communication with the owner, very noisy from the street noise to the people above. The patio area was nice but could be spruced up a little. The pool areas were not well taken care of and furniture is worn out by the heated pool. But if you do have an issue the manager will get back to you very quickly to try and resolve any issue, except the noise factor.

Sad Situation

overall, it met the expectations, attention to details, like night and day. This place needs an overhaul, wind blows thru the doors and sliding glass access. Floor was clean , but flooring worn out and peeling, Code enforcement needs to be done, parking for unit A is like parking on edge of cliff, and dangerous, which i found out by falling into PIT and injuring my ribs for two weeks, Place is to be torn down in future is what we heard two yrs ago, two years of neglect at least, is what is happened. Price beats everyone else but you don"t even get what you paid for!!
