The main living area of the house is comprised of a formal entry, large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and spacious backyard with commanding views of the mountains.
The living room is modern, yet comfortable and cozy and includes tile floors, a pitched wood ceiling, clerestory windows and an iconic mid-century modern floating fireplace. The over-sized couch and swivel chairs can accommodate ten in front of a 65'' TV. The adjacent formal dining room seats eight in comfortable and stylish chairs and features both pool and mountain views.
The updated kitchen is beautifully laid out and well stocked for the gourmet cook. It features a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
