「After all the confusion of not getting the email to be able to check in, which by the way the help was great. The room was well equipped with all the armenites which was help full. The one drawback the mattress needed to be on a foundation to make the bed more comfortable. Other than that, the stay was uneventful.」

「AC was very noisy. No desk or space designated for laptop if you are working offsite. No pen or paper to write on. TV remote is not user friendly ( we have to look in youtube how to operate the volume). Safe box is broken, not working. First room we were in , no extra chair, no garbage can. They moved us to another room, AC was still noisy, maybe a little better than the first. Beach staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「The property is location is amazing walking distance to almost everything in downtown Palm Beach, who were able to walk around to the shops the beach and other hotels. Victoria and the front desk was amazing. They will provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas, snacks drinks, which was such a huge plus. They have a great café next-door in the courtyard, which was delicious! even after checking out you can still use some of the hotel facilities. The hotel is 100 years old so keep that in mind,...
