Beautiful location

We enjoyed the beautiful location of this property. We found the best feature to be the outdoor terrace, overlooking the sea. All of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. were as pictured. We did have a couple of issues; the AC in the living/kitchen area did not work for our entire stay. They did come promptly to try fix it, but it required a major repair which they were going to do after our stay. Also, the description said they had bikes available which we looked forward to, but there weren’t any. They did offer to rent some for us, but the timing didn’t work out. In the end, they did make it right by offering a bit of a refund. Overall, it is a beautiful location and a clean property. We enjoyed our time there and would stay here again.

Wonderful few days

Amazing property completely as described. Literally about 10 metres from the beach. Everything you could possibly need in the property including buckets and spades, hosepipes for washing off sand, books including for children, games and Smart TV in case it rains. Feels like a real family home. Wonderful sunsets, quiet area and 5-10 minutes walk to a buses into Palma town and aquarium. The buses run frequently and only 2 Euro to get into town. 2 minutes walk to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants nearby - The Bungalow was excellent for lunch but need to book if it's a Sunday lunch. Wonderful hosts who were there if we needed and were very helpful about a slightly late checkout. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We have stayed in this beautiful apartment for the second time and it was pure relaxation. The direct view of the sea, the sound of the waves and the furnishings of the apartment... priceless. The landlord is also first class. He responds immediately to questions and when we had a problem in the apartment, it was solved within half an hour. Our stay next year is already planned. Fabulous stay!

We loved this property. It is beautiful inside and very comfortable just as described. The view from the kitchen of the Bay of Palma is exquisite. The family that runs the property was extremely helpful and responsive. They were lovely. The property is located in an ideal location. It takes 15 minutes for an adult to briskly bike to the Cathedral. It was perfect to be close to Palma but in a safe neighborhood of its own on the beach.

A great property; a great stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay over Christmas. The property is wonderful with amazing views over the Bay of Palma. The owners could not have done more to ensure everything went well. In particular they minimised the stress of the last minute additional Covid restrictions, implemented just before we were due to arrive, by being totally accommodating regarding both real and potential changes. We would all recommend this property without reservation; nothing was too much trouble and communication was exemplary.

Fabulous Location and Accommodation

High standard accommodation and great location for beach and amenities. Excellent local restaurants and easy to get in and out of Palma on regular bus service. Fab walking (or cycling) along the extensive sea front path in both directions. Great location for watching the sunset over Palma. Our favourite area of Palma, as it has everything - and remains firmly Spanish. Hosts easily contactable and helpful. Already planning to try to get back next year.

Great location, great apartment, great host!

Perfect location with a lovely view on Palma Bay, the beach just steps away, top restaurants close by. Cristofol did everything to make our stay flawless and helped where he could! we are coming back!

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit toller Sicht

Das Haus liegt etwas hinter dem Strand von Ciudad Jardin in einer verkehrsberuhigten Strasse. Praktisch fährt dort kein Auto - somit ist es sehr ruhig. Mietbar ist das untere Stockwerk. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Küche hat ein riesiges Fenster mit tollem Blick. Highlight ist sicherlich die Terrasse zum Meer . mit Sicht auf Palma. Hier kann man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Jeder der uns besucht hat, war begeistert - wir natürlich auch. Die Betreuung ist ebenfalls gut. Einziger Nachteil kann der nahegelegene Flughafen sein. Zu unserer Zeit war es aber sehr entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber

Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet für einen Familienurlaub. Die Lage direkt am Strand und mit dem Blick auf das Meer vom Esszimmer, Terrasse und Wohnzimmer ist traumhaft. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben alle extra wünsche erfüllt. Gerne wieder :)

Perfekte Unterkunft mit phantastischer Lage

Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich von Joan und Gloria begrüßt und auch während des Aufenthaltes waren sie immer ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und haben sich bei Fragen sofort gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in echt noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Vom Esstisch blickt man auf das Meer und die gesamte Bucht von Palma. Die Betten als auch die Sofas sind sehr bequem, was für mich aufgrund meiner Rückenbeschwerden ehr wichtig ist. Bis zur Kathedrale läuft man ca 1 h, der Bus, der Nähe abfährt, verbindet einen auch in kurzer Zeit mit vielen Ausgangspunkten zur Erkundung von Palma. Auch andere Ziele wie z.B. Sóller oder Andratx sind mit dem Auto in ca. 30 min zu erreichen. Fußläufig gibt es diverse Restaurants, Bars und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und würden das Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traumhaft

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt gar nichts. Wir sind von Gloria und Joan sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Aber auch schon vor der Reise wurden wir mit vielen Informationen versorgt, die sehr hilfreich sind. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Best location ever

The appartement is wonderful. It is located directly on the sea, is very large and well equipped. The landlords are incredibly nice and with questions immediately there. The view from the terrace to the sea is already half the holiday. You can walk by feet to the cathedral of Palma. Very good restaurants and bars are in the near surrounding. Perfetto!

La casa rispetta perfettamente ciò che è descritto nell'annuncio. La zona è tranquilla ma molto ben servita. Proprio sotto casa c'è una piccola spiaggia poco frequentata e a poca distanza una spiaggia attrezzata. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili per consigli e per soddisfare richieste aggiuntive. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la pista ciclabile di oltre 15 km che permette di raggiungere il centro di Palma in 20 minuti. Un grazie a Joan e a sua moglie per tutto. Torneremo sicuramente in questo bellissimo luogo!

Fabulous beachside apartment in Palma

We spent a week in the apartment with our three children. It was extremely well equipped with everything we could need, including beach towels and toys. The location is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the world go by from the terrace. We had a wonderful time, thank you to Joan and Gloria.

Trevligt hus med fin terass

Trevligt hus med jättefin terass med utsikt över Palma-bukten. Fräscht o välutrustat. Bra restauranger i området och längs den fina cykelvägen in till Palma. Trevligt värdpar som alltid är lätta att få kontakt med o få hjälp av. Närhet till fin liten supermarket o apotek. Tyvärr hade cykeluthyrningen flyttat sin verksamhet från området. De var dock behjälpliga med både leverans o upphämtning av cyklar till huset. Saknade solstolar o parasoll på stranden som funnits tidigare år. Viss störning av byggnation som pågick i närheten. Vi trivdes dock som tidigare år i detta trevliga hus och vill gärna åka tillbaka.

Spectacular and splendid - a treasure of a place !

This was a lovely grand spot in many ways and all around. In the morning we would enjoy coffee in the sun on the back patio in blue and white stripped chairs and enjoy the flowers and plants and listened to the birds. Soon we would take sun and a view to remember for life on the patio balcony enjoying the sea view in full. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were well appointed and we had restful sleeping each night. My favorite room is always the kitchen and I cooked and cooked while watching the seaside view from a huge picture window. The appliances and dishes and glasses were great quality and we used them all with friends visiting us. We toasted at noon with rose or gin and tonics and later with candlelight and rich red Spainish wines. In essence we rung it out. The owners Joan and Gloria were as kind as could be and both greeted us and send us off with smiles and hugs. They had a large bowl of fresh fruit for us to enjoy and a pastry we never made our way through for the entire week. The fresh cut flowers remained in bloom after we left. A lovely apartment, with a beautiful view from both the kitchen and the terrace

The apartment was spacious, with a magnificant view from both the kitchen and the terrace. The kitchen had a panoramic window facing the bay of Palma. The facilities in the kitchen had high standard, as well as the two bathrooms. Overall, the apartment was very tidy, which gave you a remarkable feeling of well-being. There is a boardwalk just outside the apartment, which easily leads you to the center of Palma. You can either walk or go by bicycle. The landlord and his family showed us great hospitality and thoughtfullness. We would very much like to visit Palma again, and if possible rent this beautiful apartment again!
