However, the bed sheets weren’t changed during my stay despite what was mentioned in the description, and there was no toaster or iron. The window couldn’t be opened, so the room felt a bit dark in the mornings. Apart from these small issues, everything else was fine and comfortable.”

The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. ”

Luckily I stayed here only for two nights; they put on a condo, with no lift, nobody to help with our heavy suitcase.......at second floor! At first we could immediately appreciate the drain pipes of the shower and bathroom: we loved having a shower in our own water because it could not be drained........... At night unpredictable alarms from the bottom of the building (from an unreachable technical area) woke us up at 3AM,……

“The hotel is nice and the staff are wonderful. It needs to pay attention to a few details to make the experience outstanding. 1. Housekeeping did not fill the lotion in the bathroom, so we had no lotion in the room the last two days. Two, the first night you get a complimentary bottle of water suitable for one person. We stayed for four nights and had one personal complementary bottle of water the entire time. Two, there is a lovely rooftop. It needs umbrellas to make it enjoyable when the sun……
