「Nice and super friendly staff」

「I had an excellent stay. I was greeted warmly for check in. I then ate dinner at the restaurant which was good. The server was kind and attentive. The hotel/room is antiquated (in a good way), but very clean. The bathroom has a remodeled shower and toilet. It has character, unlike a sterile hotel room elsewhere. The bed was actually incredibly comfortable. Sheets were clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast is simple, but homey. And I appreciate that. Definitely seems like a hidden gem in...

「everything was perfect starting from the moment we checked in. The young man that checked us in was absolutely the most kind and personable young man. What a way to start your stay. My grandson asked him when breakfast started. He said at 7am. My grandson was disappointed...and said awe...I have to leave at 6:30 for hockey. The young man told him we usually have some things out. But please ask if not and I am sure they will get you something. That definitely made our grandson and us...happy...

「They just remodeled their lobby and rooms, very modern and cozy, clean and comfortable. They environment is friendly as well, CVS and lots of restaurants near by. Also Whole Foods, Macy’s and shopping mall near around, all walkable distance! I like this hotel a lot!!」

「The land is a beautiful sight to see. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite and it was perfect. The room was top notch clean (extremely), fresh relaxing and romantic. The staff is very respectful and only a phone call away. Our stay was so relaxing, the area is very quiet and the staff understands and respects the guests privacy. Check is almost basically nonexistent. Everything u Is has been prepared before our arrival. So when we arrived at the main house, we texted the staff that we have arrived...

「Great newer hotel in The Brandywine Valley! Stayed for a quick overnight getaway and loved the contactless checkin/out, the amenities, and the custom artwork on the walls of the room. Every room was designed by a different artist! Only ding is that the HVAC system as pretty loud, but it didn’t dim the stay. We’d return here in a heartbeat and definitely will recommend Artelo!」
