"We had a few issues with our room. It was advertised as having a kitchenette, but instead it only had a mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave—there was no sink as shown in some of the photos.
Our room was also located next to an elevator, and the noise was constant, both late at night and early in the morning. A heads-up about the location would have been appreciated since we have small children.
Additionally, the bathroom floor tile appeared damaged from water, it was lifted. The door did not close if a towel was placed from the shower.
That said, we only stayed one night, so it was manageable.
On a positive note, the beach, pool, and food options were all great. Staff were very friendly and amazing service."
