「We enjoyed that they offered Kayak rentals by the property and got a discount if you were staying at the hotel. We also enjoyed the E bike free rentals that we rode around the property. We liked that it was dog friendly and had both indoor and outdoor pools. 「Outside looked a little sketchy, old building with dated signs. There weren’t many cars when I checked in around 5:30 pm, but by 9, the parking lot was full. Inside had kind of an old smell but looked much better than the outside and was very clean. Room was as advertised. Tap water smelled a little eggy to me, but that might be a regional thing — I noticed at other buildings in public restrooms. Continental breakfast in the morning was adequate. I think the room price was a little on the high side for the quality of the facility, but I guess that is because of its location and time of year/events happening locally.」
