The place was great! The pool table was an added bonus. Our dog loved the fenced-in front yard. Perfect place to find plenty of hiking trails in Bald Point State Park and St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge. Our hosts were awesome. We really enjoyed our visit. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay was excellent ..everything was absolutely perfect..Adam our host was very kind and thoughtful...we recommend staying at this beautiful home on the bay..very peaceful and close enough to many restaurants and shopping and historical areas .

Very clean and comfortable. Every thing supplied for a nice relaxing stay. Wonderful view of the back bay and marshes. Not really a negative but the side fences only go to the water on one side in the back of property. Front yard is nicely fenced so no worries with the pet there.

This was our 4th stay at Fritz. The house and location are perfect for us. Close to nothing, but not far from everything! The fenced yard is just what we need for our pup and the peaceful views and atmosphere are just what we need for us. As always, Adam was most accommodating, addressing any need we had. Fritz is truly the best deal on Alligator Point. Thank you Adam for once again sharing your home with us. We'll see you again in a few months!

Large open kitchen and beautiful back yard! The place was clean and cozy! There was even a pool table! Easy to communicate and everything you need.

Watching the mullet jumping from the very peaceful back deck!

The Best place in Alligator Point Bay for rest and relaxation! The view from the back deck is breathtaking ! It’s so nice to sit out and relax and watch the wildlife right from you back door and it’s a excellent place for red fishing, which we enjoyed every day. This is our third trip to this area and staying at the Fritz Carlton , You won’t find a nicer host than Adam. The house is very equipped with all amenities you may need for your stay including nice comfy beds and house is super clean!! Adam makes sure everything is perfect before you arrive. And if you ever need anything he’s close by to reach out to. The little island this sits on has some really excellent private owned restaurants to eat at, the freshest seafood you can find. It was a excellent trip again this year for our family. The front yard is also fenced in so thats a plus for our pets that travel with us. So if your looking for a nice clean place to stay with awesome fishing right out you back door in Alligator point pick the Fritz Carlton! You won’t be disappointed! Sincerely, The Boggs Family

We loved the comfort of the house. It has everything you need for a great vacation. Just the right amount of amenities but not overwhelming. The area has much to offer. We fished many places in the area but were not able to get out in the water at the house.The views are incredible....we will miss the views from the back deck. Fenced yard was great for our dog. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We loved our vacation!

We enjoyed our stay, Excellent host and Excellent host. Property exceeded expectations. Loved the area the house, the fenced in front yard was excellent to walk our dogs. The pool table was a really nice thing to have to start the day and wind the day down.

Lovely setting by the bay

We enjoyed and needed this respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The property was beautiful and such a peaceful setting overlooking the bay and the marsh. We brought our kayak and enjoyed paddling up the little inlet and out into the bay. The dog enjoyed the stay as well. The fenced in front yard was convenient. The home was comfortable and clean.

Quiet, relaxing stay!

We love Alligator Point and love staying at Fritz Carlton. The location of the house is perfect for us... away from hustle and bustle, yet within short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Adam is the perfect host. If there is an issue, he immediately addresses it. While the house is not fancy or ornate, it is exactly what you should expect in a beach house. Perfectly furnished and a well stocked kitchen. We love it! And, will be going back soon! This was our 3rd stay with Adam as our host. We had 2 weeks reserved, but a family emergency caused us to leave 3 days early. Adam was more than understanding and offered sincere compassion for our emergency. We've stayed in VRBO properties many times and, while all our hosts have been nice, I've got to say that Adam is the best!

Nice and cozy with a beautiful view

Very nice place, the as a beach cottage type feel on the marsh overlooking the bay. Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. Very peaceful and quiet! Great get away.

Great stay

This property is exactly as advertised. It is true "old Florida". The house was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. It is set up to be comfortable and there was everything that we needed . The bed linens and towels were good quality and there were plenty of towels provided. In all, the physical set up was great. The area and the view from the back deck are beautiful and SO peaceful. Birds singing and mullet splashing in the water are the primary sounds that are heard. It is very relaxing. The host is easily available to answer questions. We are planning a return trip.

Most Beautiful peaceful setting

My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for two weeks at Adam’s cottage. The setting was exactly what we were looking for on alligator point Harbor Bay. The cottage was simple, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed. This is the place for beautiful sunset. Star gazing, birdwatching, quiet relaxing on the water. Adam was a great host. We would easily recommend this place to our friends and family, especially those who love oysters, shrimp, and soft blue crabs. we ourselves are probably probably revisitcrabs, and shrimp. This is it.
