Me and my 2 kids had a wonderful time for a short getaway to Rosemary Beach. The cottage was in a perfect location, close to restaurants, beach access and one of the pools. The cottage was just as described, well decorated and supplied with everything we might need. Would highly recommend!

Great Getaway for Small Family

This was our first time venturing to Rosemary Beach and this property did not disappoint. The property was very clean and cozy and provided our family of four a very quaint home away from home. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location, great stay

My family of 4 (two adults, two elementary aged kids) really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The amenities in Rosemary Beach are top notch. The house is not large, but fit our family of four well and hit all the things we needed: full kitchen, washer/dryer, bunk room.

Great Couple Getaway

My husband and I spent a 4 day weekend here for our babymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was a good size, clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location can’t be beat; we walked everywhere easily and often and beach access was incredibly close and simple. We’d highly recommend this listing.

Loved this property. Great location to beach and pool with a short walk. Size was perfect for family of 4 (2 young kids). Only complaint is the bunk beds are very squeaky and I have one child who moves around a lot in her sleep. Other than that everything was great!

Perfect for our family!

We stayed at this carriage house for a wedding with our almost 3 year old daughter. It was perfect! The location was walkable to everything (even for a toddler), it was very clean, well appointed, and very cute. My daughter loved the bunk beds and cant wait to go back with her little brother so he can sleep on the bottom! We would definitely recommend this house for a small family or a couple. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were super kind.

This was our first time to rosemary beach and will definitely not be our last!! We absolutely loved our stay. The carriage house was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Our boys loved staying in the bunk room. Very close to the beach, pool, and Main Street! We will be back!!

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this place! It was a perfectly located property—right in the heart of everything! We were able to walk almost everywhere. Check-in was easy, because the property management communicated instructions in advance. We had a little trouble with the door lock at first, but it was smooth sailing once we figured it out. Street parking was convenient, the WiFi was strong, and the decor was absolutely charming! The TV could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall, we loved our stay. I didn’t want to leave and definitely will come back! THANK YOU!

Charming & the perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. It was perfect for us & baby. The location was really ideal, being a super short walk to the beach, and to the closest pool which was my preferred pool (includes access to 4 pools however so you can explore) and also a very short walk to the main strip of shops/restaurants near The Pearl. Only downside is there was no beach or baby gear at the property so we did have to rent those items from elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

The place was perfect. In the perfect location, literally right by the beach and by all the shops in 30A. There was security there which made us feel safe. It was also very quiet and relaxed. Also, we love our comforts so the fact that it was a huge comfortable bed and Apple TV was a huge plus for us. The AC works great too. All in all, it was an amazing stay and I will definitely be booking again.

Great location close to everything in Rosemary Beach

Overall, the property was good. It was very close to the beach and town center in Rosemary. It was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with basic utensils and supplies. Check-in was easy. The downsides would be parking because there is not an assigned spot. We often had to drive around and park several blocks away. If you have young children, the outside stairs were narrow and steep, and the plant is covering a good bit of the width of the staircase. Also, everything is stored low (knives, bleach, etc...).

Escaping Midwest winter!

We always love visiting Rosemary Beach and this trip was no exception. The listing was just as depicted, and the home had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable too! The location was wonderful as we love the Coquina pool best and it was less that 100 steps to walkover D for beach access. The TV was small and although are not huge TV watchers, it was Super Bowl weekend. We opted to visit The Chill and watch it outdoors instead. Our other small issue was that unfortunately, the WiFi is not up to par. Even though the management offered to reset the router in the main house, the carriage house shares WiFi with the main house so the signal is not good. Seems it would be similar to sharing WiFi with your neighbor which is less than ideal. Since my husband and I both do some remote work, the WiFi was definitely a issue (even with the reset router). We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and although the unit did not come with bikes, we rented them through Shoreline. Parking was never an issue as we visited during off season but had it been peak season, not having a designated parking space (not being able to park in the “garage”…street parking only) would have been an issue. Overall though, it was a wonderful trip and we look forward to our next visit!
