Great Stay!

It was an all around great stay! The view was amazing. Walking distance to mostly everything. My only complaint was a bathroom door didn’t close all the way or would get stuck.

Corner Condo Gives A Beautiful Panoramic View

We absolutely loved the west end view of the ocean and the pier. Being on the end of the building, the condo also provided panoramic views of the ocean and Pier Park. Higher floor elevation also tunes out the noise below at the pool or beach. But amazingly, you can still hear the ocean waves. Having three bathrooms were very convenient as each bedroom had their own. There was also a tv in every room. It was very enjoyable watching the sunset right from our bedroom with our sliding glass door to the balcony. We will definitely book 2109 West again and highly recommend this experience to others.

Family beach trip

The stay was perfect. I would like to add , there is not a deadbolt on the front door so we placed chairs against the door to prevent my granddaughter wondering outside. Other than this, everything is perfect Thank you

Great stay

Place was beautiful. Plenty of room for what we needed. Fold out couch mattress could be better and more pots and pans. No cookie sheet. Other than that great communication and we stayed an extra day

Amazing Condo!!!

This condo was amazing!!! The view from every window was absolutely breathtaking!!! Very clean and the price was very responsible. Would definitely recommend this condo. Every question was responded too in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying again!!! Atmosphere was very inviting. Loved the whole experience and Pier Park was walking distance.(which was a plus for me)🙂

Awful beds!

The furniture all looks nice in the photos, but it’s a bit worn. The beds were all awfully soft, so much so that I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. My husband has a bad back and he was never able to sleep more than a few hours per night. We won’t be renting this unit again.

Good location, views

Great unit although the bed was not comfortable (master )needs blinds in master to keep sunrise out in morning.. floors, baseboards could be cleaner in bathrooms.Toilet in master was leaking , had a bowl catching the drip. Sliding door did not have a lock-in living space although I was not expecting anyone to scale up the side of the building 21St floor to enter .

Loved It!!

We absolutely loved this staying here. The view was spectacular. It had everything we needed. We felt at home which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We want to stay here every time we come to PCB!! There were only a couple of things that we feel may need attention from the owner. The toilet in the master bath was not bolted down and lifted if it was leaned on, so that may need to be looked at. The other was the shower curtain in the 3rd bathroom had some mold on it, so the "cleaning crew" may want to look at that as well. Other than those small issues everything else was as close to perfection as we could have asked for.

Well appointed unit with amazing views

Excellent layout of the entire condo from the entry hall into the kitchen and large dining area, and then into the expansive living area. The living area is larger than what you expect and the comfortable furniture is perfect with the space. The furniture throughout the condo is very nice, comfortable and accented by the well thought out decor throughout the unit. This being a corner unit provides two more very large windows (Living Area and Dining Area) on the west wall which really opens the space up with the view and light. The kitchen and appliances are very nice and provide everything you need to cook meals and entertain in the condo. The wet bar is a nice addition and works well with its size and location adjacent to the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the views and access to the balcony from the bedroom are wonderful. The master bathroom has a huge walk in closet that is more than enough space, with the bathroom setup itself being well laid out and provides plenty of room for two. The balcony views are amazing due to being on the 21st floor and again that its a corner unit. The views of the beach directly out from the complex and in both east and west directions are great. Also, because of the units level and location, the view of the pier directly adjacent to the building and sunsets off to the west were amazing. One of the best furnished, appointed, and locations of the condo's we have stayed at along the gulf.

I am that person who reads all the reviews and truly appreciates when people are honest. As both a allopathic and homeopathic professional I am including some health issues as well. First for the positives: This condo is decorated beautifully. Beds are comfortable (except for master which has two depressions and a small hump in middle, my husband and I are tall and thin so weight was not a factor-mattress needs replacing) Kitchen has everything you need but you will want to bring essential seasonings as the cleaning crew takes anything that was left by previous tenants and this is necessary with all the germs among us right now. Plenty of left over containers if you prefer to cook in. Both nonstick and stainless cookware are available if you are careful about aluminum. If you prefer to wash dishes by hand you will need to bring what you need but there are two dishwasher packets available. Also, bring coffee filters and coffee but there is also a Keurig. Views of both the town and beach are spectacular. If you have any issues with fear of heights, this is not the place for you as the lanai is very narrow and then there is the obvious 21st floor location. The staff at this property is very friendly and helpful and the management company was responsive on a Sunday morning, A+!! For the not-so-positives, there is a moldy smell in the master bathroom (not just from humidity) and anyone with a mold allergy would become quite ill in this unit. I do not mean to offend anyone but it is important to mention that the hallway is narrow and the unit is tight so if you are a large person this may not be comfortable for you. As previous reviews have mentioned the pictures are dated and there is staining on all the furniture cushions, however, it is still very nice! There are only 2 bar stools, not 3 as pictured and there is no bench at the foot of the master bed.

Amazing Condo and Spectacular Views

This condo was absolutely wonderful for our 4-day beach vacation! To start with, the views from the balcony and all the windows in this end-unit condo were just spectacular. We had an amazing view of the gulf, the pier, the beach, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The location of this condo was perfect – very easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. There was a little bit of noise from the Pier Park area that we could hear on the balcony, but nothing that went late into the evening or was too distracting/annoying. The condo itself was extremely clean. As noted in some other reviews, there is some minor wear and tear, but nothing you would not expect in a beach condo that is very heavily booked throughout the year. That said, the unit was very, very clean and comfortable and those minor issues in no way detracted from the beautiful unit and lovely decor. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable, and it was the perfect place to put our feet up and relax after a long day at the beach. The condo was well appointed with everything you need, and I did appreciate the information provided in the days prior to check-in informing us of what we needed to supply vs. what would be available in the unit (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). We cooked a little bit in the unit and had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc for our meals. We also had all the information and very detailed instructions we needed ahead of time for a very smooth check-in and check-out process. We utilized the provided beach service for chairs/umbrellas on each day of our trip which was an amazing amenity. The pool areas and tiki bar area were clean and provided a nice area to step away from the beach at times. Overall, the entire property was clean and a generally great place to stay. We did experience one minor maintenance issue during our stay. I contacted the maintenance team and received a prompt reply, and someone was sent to our condo within a very short amount of time. He was able to apply a temporary fix for our issue. The temporary solution worked perfectly and there were no other issues during our stay. I was very pleased with the communication and response to the issue.// Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and renting with Warren Beach Rentals - the entire experience was perfect and made our vacation that much easier and stress-free. I look forward to staying in this unit again during a future stay.

Grad Trip

Stayed at condo for my son’s graduation. Some issues with property but overall a relaxing stay. Air conditioning worked well but we experienced when the balcony end of the condo was comfortable, the front of the condo was freezing. If the front of the condo was comfortable, the balcony end was too warm. Also paint was peeling on numerous doors and baseboards. Overhead light fixtures had bulbs missing cardboard under dining room table to fix it from wobbling would not stay in place. It did also seem strange that parking was not included with the price. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing.
