The View

My family and I stayed at this older 3-bedroom property but it worked for us. It needs some updates and a good general cleaning but you can't beat the VIEW! The view from every room is worth the price of admission. We watched the waves during the day and the city lights at night. My grandkids loved the wrap-around balcony and there was enough room to accommodate our group. This is a good space for family. It's close to attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there. I can see staying there again.

Beautiful place

The condo was very nice with excellent ocean views! The pictures online need to be updated as the living room furniture is different from pictures but it was comfortable—just no recliner! The management company was great to work with on the few issues we had—the maintenance people were very courteous and professional. We would definitely like to rent it again!

I truly appreciate the condo and the ample space it offers, but I was let down by the cleanliness of the property. Additionally, the condo feels a bit dated, and I found all three beds to be quite uncomfortable. I would definitely stay at the Gulf Crest again, but would choose a different unit.

Beautiful location, walk to restaurants and activities. Pool is great, short walk to beach. Beds need new mattress, made noises with every move. Very uncomfortable. Could have been better cleaned, drawers in bathrooms were not clean. Sand was on table in living room. Furniture needs to be replaced.

Nice place. Clean? Meh

Nice location, beach access and unit layout. Wondering if the cleaning crew was on vacation as well. Floors were very dirty judging by the stained socks and dirty feet from walking around the unit. Several dishes were stacked in the cupboards with food still stuck on them. Doubt we'll be back.

Wonderful!

This was our 3rd time at Panama City Beach, but our best yet! This condo was incredible! The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and neat. There was lots of room and the view is breathtaking. We will rent this exact condo again. You will not be disappointed with this one. The staff was nice and very helpful and the management company was great. They even answered a call on Sunday night when I expected to have to leave a message. Love this place!

The best view on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in the 22nd floor and could see for miles in all directions. The balcony wrapped around to the front of the unit. This was a very nice condo with king beds in all three bedrooms with a set of bunk beds and a pull out couch. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. I would definitely recommend staying at Gulf Crest.

Great stay, only a few problems

Overall really great condo and would happily stay again! Only concerns, the guest bathroom toilet would not flush well at all. Had to have maintenance come out. Also, the main door to the patio outside was very hard to open and close. And lastly, the floors were dirty. They didn’t look it, but only a short time walking barefoot and our feet were black. Beds could be a bit softer but are about average for condos.

Baby's First Beach Vacay

Great location and incredible unit with PERFECT views. Washer and dryer in the unit is a plus. The unit needs an update. Furniture is worn and beds are uncomfortable. The biggest opportunity is cleanliness. The floors were filthy. On the day we arrived, I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies (including a mop) to clean the entire unit. We also had to wash the sheets. The paint chipping and other esthetics I could tolerate but it was the cleanliness that bothered me. Given the size of the family room, the TV was too small. Regardless, we had a great time.

The locks on the 203 patio doors were missing, not broken, just not there. The beds were uncomfortable and filthy. The pillows should have been thrown in the trash years ago.

Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, broken ice maker, broken shower doors, ceiling fans dirty, ashtray with ashes in night stand drawer, beds super uncomfortable and noisy, dishes were not clean but in the cabinets, sliding door in living room barely opens, blinds are broken, curtains in living room don’t close the length of the door/window, TVs are really small and only one comforter for the bunk beds. I called the maintenance line the day we arrived because the ice maker had a solid block of ice on the outside, making it hard to open and close the freezer. They said someone would be in touch. 7 days later and no one called or came to the unit. I’ve stayed in multiple units at this location and never had any issues until now. Great view but won’t be returning.

Great Location, Fair Price, Simple Stay

Overall, this property was perfect for a mid sized group (6-8). Our group had 10 individuals and we’re still able to stay quite comfortably with some rotating sleeping assignments. The location was BEAUTIFUL, right in the beach with an amazing view and a wrap around balcony that offers an incredible opportunity for watching sunrises/sunsets or spending time outside near the comfort of the condo. The few minor issues our group personally had was with the dishwasher and the toilet, these appliances would sometimes leak, but was nothing to major and the property manager was responsive with the requests. The only other thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the floors. For us, it wasn’t an issue as we spent most of the time in the beach or out on the town, but during the trip many of us wore shoes inside to keep our feet/socks from turning black. Again the issues mentioned were minor and the simplicity of check in paired with the pristine location, and comfortable size overpower the small things we noticed and provided us with a perfect place to enjoy PCB to the fullest! Would recommend to those looking to explore this area with a group of friends/family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all condo and location were great. Loved the wraparound balcony and plenty of space for 9 people. Downside.. wasn’t very clean upon arrival. Bathtubs were dirty, food/candy trash left in night stands, empty fireball bottles, old bandaids on floor in bedrooms, comforters were dirty.. actually had to go to Walmart and buy new blankets for the beds to use for our stay. Mattresses on bunk beds are gross.. moldy and need replaced. Found drawers to the fridges in closet.. left them there. Kids had black feet from walking barefoot on the floors. We bought cleaning supplies, shower mats, and cleaned up before unpacking. Overall the stay was great, would just recommend a better cleaning company for cleaning your condos.

Not the best condo

This place needs a good cleaning and remodeled. The floors were black they were so dirty. Mold in guest shower. Toilet barely flushed. Refrigerator does not get cold. Sliding glass door in living room will barely open. Water drips out of ceiling vents. There is not enough curtains to cover all windows in living room, those sleeping on pull out couch or buck beds couldn’t sleep with it so bright. The ice maker barely works. The oven will not unlock, which is a big fire hazard. Over all we made the best of it. We would definitely stay at gulf crest again just not in this particular condo. The pools, beach and other amenities was great. However the elevator game sucked but not near as bad as Shores of Panama. IYKYK
