It was alright

My impression of this place was they are about to knock the house down to build a luxury house. They are just trying to rent it in the meantime. The location was convenient to the beach, but the owners could of told us there was construction everywhere. The managing company was very nice and responsive, but everything around it was gross. Sewage leaking all around house.
