The house is great, all the pictures are accurate, the neighborhood is quiet, you can go walking to the beach is a 1/4 of mile walking.

Had some family visiting from Europe who love the beach. This house was clean, affordable and had all the amenities needed. Nicely priced with many stores and shops around. We are coming back for sure.

This house was perfect for us and our impromptu visit. We were two couples; one with a small dog who is well-traveled. Everything was handled online - super smooth and easy.

Would have been nice if the property came with some more things for the beach, like beach towels, a working beach umbrella and beach chairs. Other than that the house is nice and in a great location.

I had my bachelorette beach weekend here and it was awesome! Such a short easy drive to the beach with public beach access! There were plenty of beds and space for everyone! They had multiple options on the TV! However, we were only provided with two trash bags and there were no scissors, but we made due! This place was the cutest and so roomy and spacious!

I stayed here for a month and loved it. This is not Rosemary Beach but you can easily walk there! Rosemary Beach is super expensive, and this is way better you can walk to Rosemary Beach or 30A Avenue restaurants. Use the extra money to get a baby sitter (30A babysitters) if you're deciding between staying here or Rosemary. Walking to the beach can be intimidating but cars are used to it so just be careful and you will be fine!

The house is nice. Fees are crazy. Overall a great stay and the bikes were included. Big win. The only issues I had were the pillows were old and completely flat. The dinner chairs had 2 broken. The master sitting chair was broken. No Keurig. Mostly little things but overall comfortable.
