Short stay vacation was nice enjoyed all accommodations

I would tell friends and family about Aqua resort in Panama City beach Florida. Very nice rooms ,clean all furniture was up to date. Great place to stay.

Beautiful condo

We all enjoyed our stay here! The condo was perfect! We will definitely be back to stay! It looked exactly like the pictures. We all enjoyed the space and having our own rooms and bathrooms. We plan to book the same please next year for our annual trip!

Summer vaca

This place was wonderful! Condo was clean, modern, great views, nice amenities! Across the street parking was a bit of a hassle, but the covered bridge and luggage carts made it easier. Very crowded beach and pool. We would definitely come back! Just maybe in the off season.

Awesome Family Vacay

This condo was exactly like it was listed on the webpage. It had everything we needed. My family was able to enjoy a week’s stay with my sons and their family. My grandson had the best time at the beach and in the pool. I could not have asked for a better vacation. Also, Beachbooking’s personnel was awesome.

Loved this property!

We stayed June 5-10. This property is even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. I was worried about staying so high up due to potential elevator wait times but we honestly didn’t have any issues whatsoever. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break Breeze

My people had a fantastic stay for their getaway. Book Beach was so communicative and easy to work with. The reminders of when we needed to do what were helpful and made things go smoothly. The property is in a great location, well appointed and clean. We definitely will consider this property and group to work with in the future. Just what was needed!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful rental! We had plenty of room for our whole family. Having 3 bathrooms worked perfect for our family. Perfect location! Easy walk to the beach with gorgeous beach views as well! We rented a golf cart right across the street and was able to take it everywhere we went while there. So close to Pier park and all the major eating places!

Perfection

We had a fabulous stay at Aqua 1909. The condo was very clean and everything that we needed was there. The property managers were amazing and very helpful. The only problem was that the icemaker appeared to not be working, so the property manager brought us ice right away. They offered to fix the icemaker, but when someone came, it was already working again. We will surely stay here again!

Overall the condo was nice. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced in the bedrooms. Only two elevator locations so we had to wait a while for those. Also no air conditioning in the elevators so it was miserable any time we had to use it.

Accessibility & maintenance issues but overall good

The unit was as advertised, clean, and met our expectations. It came with two complimentary beach chars, which was very nice. However, Aqua did not meet our expectations. First, the parking garage is across the street from the property, requiring two separate elevators to access the unit. For the majority of our stay one elevator to the parking garage and one elevator to the unit were not working. Also, everyone was checking in at the same time so luggage carts were hard to come by. We were traveling with an 80 year old, a 2 year old, and I was 8 months pregnant. The distance from the parking garage to the unit and the need for multiple elevators with limited availability was difficult and frustrating. Second, there was a sewage back up at the larger pool and the pool was shut down for four days. This was obviously out of the unit owner's control but it significantly and negatively impacted our trip. Finally, the bed in the master bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable and made an awful squeaking noise whenever you moved at all. Ultimately, we had a nice trip and the unit was good.

Beautiful location - balcony view of ocean was amazing!

This property, Aqua was defeated prime location. We had easy access to the beach with 2 lay down beach chairs and an umbrella, all provided. The properties beach area wasn't over crowded nor was either of the properties pool. Shopping and food was all in walking distance. Great spot to stay. I will say the elevator traffic was crazy. But otherwise we would totally recommend Aqua 👌!

The Best Condo on PCB!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was so beautiful and decorated very beachy! We had so much fun staying here and the location was perfect!The whole property was very clean and the pools were large and clean. We also enjoyed the drinks from the concession stand and everyone enjoyed the deli too! We loved being close to Pier Park, which is walking distance! You must go to Shuckums across the street and enjoy the atmosphere of live Karaoke, dancing and the food was delicious ! The property is very clean and well kept. The owner was very quick to respond with questions. I will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to town before 4 and due to the air show going on, the owners allowed us early access. This was a treat to see the air show from our balcony. Unit was very clean and just as described. Owners were very easy to communicate with. They checked in with us the week before and when I texted with a question upon arrival I received a phone call almost immediately. We have stayed at Aqua many times before. This was the earliest in the summer we have ever been. So no issues with elevators or parking garage. We will definitely book with you all again!
