Great condo to stay in Panama City Beach

We had a great time at Aqua 2208. Everything was exactly as described in the rental information. So nice to include the two beach chairs and umbrella as we used those each day! Would definitely stay here again! Great location too-we used Uber/lyft and walking to get around. Great area for restaurants and entertainment too!

Beautiful place!

This is an extemely nice condo in an excellent location in PCB. The 22nd floor provides stunning views while the condo feels like home. The entire condo was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We would definately use again!

Nice place to stay

Everything was nice and updated in the rental. Only real complaint is the parking permit charge. The owner should purchase a yearly parking permit and have it available to the renters. 50 dollars to park added to all the other "owner fees, cleaning fees, processing fees" are just getting ridiculous.

Great condo in a great location

This unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you'll need for a short vacation. The unit is close to Pier Park and outside of that, there's a lot of restaurants or activities near by. The view is outstanding and the added beach chair service is great. The bed was comfortable, the layout and decor are nice but bring in the feel of the beach. You can grab an area map from Donovan's across the street that shows where all the restaurants and local activities are. It's nice to have the laundry setup if you want to do wash. No major complaints. was comfortable

Amazing stay!

We have stayed at Aqua yearly for over 13 years and this by far has been one of our favorite units! The app they have you download provides you with all the information you need plus some. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. The mattresses were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. They supplied travel toiletries and high quality toilet paper and paper towels on arrival. The bunk room had plenty of room for us to set up the pack-n-play with plenty of room. The table on the balcony overlooking the water was by far one of our favorite places to be and my 3 year old boy enjoyed the matching and tic-tac-toe game left for all to enjoy and their was lots of good hiding spots for rainy day hide and seek. We 100% will be rebooking 2208!

Family vacation

We chose this condo because the pictures and location were perfect for our little family. We had a blast! The pool was wonderful, the property manager was so helpful letting us use the pool and have beach access before our check in time (which we appreciate with a 3 yr old) 😊 we would 100% stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay and trip!

First no kid vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice as shown in the online pictures. We have stayed at Aqua several times over the years in various units and this was another well equipped unit. We loved the glass railings on the balcony providing for an unrestricted few of the ocean and beach. The condo came with two beach chairs and umbrella rental provided. THAT was nice to not have to carry chairs down each day & set them up. I will note a change in how the company rents those chairs changed for this season: front row must be signed in each morning, 2nd and 3rd row can be rented (claimed) for the entire week on day 1 without having to go down each morning. There was no “extras” in the unit, for example salt and pepper packets or ketchup packets from restaurants left in the unit—all items must be removed upon departure where as in other units I have stayed at allowed for those individually packaged items to remain. Overall I would DEF stay in 2208 again. We did not have kids with us this trip, but the bonus bunk room is nice size!! Def enough room for kids (small or grown) or another couple who doesn’t mind to sleep on bunk beds, to travel with you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Aqua, 2208 for spring break this past week, and it was calm and beautiful. We didn’t have any of the spring break riffraff. We parked and never had to get back in the vehicle because we are in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be for food, Pier Park, and shopping. Booking was easy and everything was provided to us before we got there. No issues with the condo at all. Beds were super comfortable as well!
