Great unit! Exactly as described. Unfortunately, one of the pools and some amenities were under construction but we knew that ahead of time. Definitely want to go back and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been wanting to stay at the Aqua for sometime, because I love the location!! I love that it is walking distance to two of our favorite restaurants. Our room was 608 and it was right off from the elevator and it was very convenient. The room was very clean and everything was exactly as described when booking. We loved the complementary beach service for our 10 days there. I just have to say, booking through Bookbeach was a wonderful experience and the customer service was the best I have seen! As we had Hurricane Helene hit durning our stay they check on us and was very helpful. Over all our room and experience at the resort was amazing. The only thing I would change at the resort would be the steps getting down to the beach would be difficult for some. I will definitely be using BOOKBEACH for our next Florida trip!!

Great property and location!

We love the Aqua resort and have stayed there many times over the past 10 years. We have stayed in many different units but found that this one was the very best we have ever had. It was exactly as listed and felt like home. Can't wait to return and will only look at this unit in the future.
