Perfect Spot

The condo was clean and roomy. The property manager went to extra lengths to have the couch cleaned prior to our arrival which was greatly appreciated! The location on the end of the building was great. We've been to Aqua 3 times and this was the best yet.

Beautiful Properrty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it is well furnished with a nice spacious layout and was perfect for us and our extended family. The views were spectacular and it is close to everything making it easy to walk to dining and shopping. Highly recommend.

My family has the best time in this 3 room condo!! Gorgeous location and condo!! We had so much fun both inside and out of the condo!!! We have stayed at Aqua many times but this was by far the nicest place! We loved the beach chairs as well!!! We will use this again in the future!!

Great views and great location

We stayed here for 12 days & it was amazing. It was close to everything! We only filled our gas tank once because we were able to walk everywhere! Pier park, Walmart, target, restaurants, things to do were all within a half mile of our location. We had great views from our balcony for the air show. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meals when we wanted to stay in.

Amazing Condo!

Aqua 901 was amazing! Exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of bedding, towels, and kitchen items. Noise on the street side was a bit loud but as expected during spring break. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our visit in this unit at Aqua! It was by far the prettiest condo we’ve ever stayed in PCB and we have been coming for over 10 years now. We will definitely be back!

This condo was wonderful. It was very well stocked with excellent furnishings. Very clean, nicely decorated, great comfortable beds. Warren Beach staff offered timely and courteous customer service and was a pleasure to work with. Aqua facility is a delight to visit right in the heart of PCB. Family Beach Vacation

Condo was absolutely wonderful, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything from booking to check in was a breeze, only a small issue with garage code upon checking in but was immediately fixed. We have been staying at Aqua for 9 years and I do believe this is now our most favorite condo. My family had the best time and the weather was absolutely beautiful ! We always love our stay at Aqua !

Absolutely wonderful!

We have been staying at the Aqua now for 10 years. This was our second year staying in unit 901. It was still as wonderful as last year. Warren Beach Rentals is very easy to work with and very informative. We had no issues whatsoever. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. This unit is by far the best unit we have stayed in at the Aqua.

Not very clean

The unit was not very clean. We actually had to clean two toilets when we arrived. Clothes from previous renters were left and it wasn’t what we bargained for. For the price we should have had more than one dishcloth and dish towel and a dustpan would have been nice.
