Love Watercrest and this condo!! We had 8 adult/teens and fit is all perfectly!! The patio is so roomy and relaxing!! The view was breathtaking!! This is our 3rd time staying at Watercrest!!

Comfortable, Relaxing Home Away From Home

Clean, comfortable stay, great people, beautiful beachfront… a wonderful home away from home. We enjoyed being surrounded by locals (owners) as well as vacationers. Great patio, we played games on the deck every evening. And it’s close to Schooner’s which is a must visit. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Best condo we have ever rented!

We loved this condo so much! It is the best condo we have ever rented on the beach. The building’s location is perfect and the beach was not crowded at all. The snack/tiki bar by the pool was nice to have available as well. We loved having the beach chair service included with the condo. The condo was perfect size and had everything that our family of 6 needed. We would love to stay here again.

The Beach !!!!

Beautiful condo !!!! Remodeled and in excellent shape. Looks brand new !! . Clean and room for The whole family. Excellent communication and easy check in and out process. You won’t be disappointed!!

Loved Watercrest

The condo was clean and was as advertised. The view was beautiful. The water is gorgeous. My daughter and grandkids really enjoyed the heated pool. There was a lot of drawer space but the closets needed some hangers. Loved it

Nice condo directly on the beach

The condo was as expected. Beds were comfortable and overall the condo was clean. Communication was great and we had a wonderful time. We were on the 15th floor, but other than one time we didn’t really have wait times for the elevator. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this place!

My family and I absolutely loved everything about this place. The room was spotless and smelt clean the entire time. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of them in the morning. The beach area was not so crowded you couldn’t enjoy yourself. The elevators were super fast. Chairs and umbrella came with the room so that helped out tremendously! We didn’t have to drag so much stuff to the beach just to be comfortable all day. We met the property manager which was Sunkiss Beach Rentals and she was very nice , she made sure we had everything we needed. Every worker we came across at this hotel was friendly. Overall we had a great experience at this hotel an will definitely be renting it again.

Perfect Slice of Paradise

Such a great stay in this little slice of paradise! The condo was just as advertised with beautiful views of the beach from the huge balcony and plenty of sun and shade to enjoy the scenery, comfortably! The bedrooms and common spaces were great sizes and the kitchen was perfect for cooking, with basically everything we needed! The condo was stocked with plenty of extra towels, extra fans, and dishes. We also loved that we were able to reserve beach chairs for our stay, we even paid to have 2 more added so we could all enjoy them. Loved the Watercrest! Wasn’t too noisy or overcrowded and everyone we met was incredibly nice. And you can’t beat that short walk to the beach! We’ll definitely be planning to stay here again next summer!

Short Summer Vacay

Really nice condo Well equipped in the kitchen (except no dish cloths). Lots of silverware and plates and bowls. Really nice place. A little smaller than the places we’ve stayed before. Overall highly recommend. Our daughter left her wireless Beats headphones when we left 😡😡😡😡 but within ten minutes they called and said cleaning crew found them!!! Very honest!!! Only negative…. Gotta back off comments about minor things like fingerprints on windows resulting in excessive cleaning charges and the like!!! We get it!!! We’ve stayed at dozens of condos. That is a little over the top.

Smokey Balcony

We rented this specifically for the ability to sit on the balcony. Unfortunately, the building design does not allow for any breeze. All the smoke, both cigarette and marijuana, blew directly into the balcony from the other balconies because the others stick out into the ocean breezes. The smoke was constant, even at 3 am. It was like sitting in an ash tray. It would not have been a problem if the balcony stuck out and not in. Everything else was wonderful. The decor, beds, kitchen. I do not think this is a problem that can be fixed as it is the building design and not a property management problem. I would rent from this group again, but not this unit. I wish I had known in advance so I could have chosen something else as sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves is what we like to do.

Beautiful condo at Watercrest!

We came for Spring Break and wanted a quieter environment compared to previous trips to Panama City Beach. This unit and building was nice and quiet with tons of younger kids - perfect for families! The unit was very clean and well taken care of. The unit's wifi password didn't work during our stay so we had to use the building's general wifi but it was sufficient enough to be able to work remotely. Everything about the unit itself was great. The unit was super clean upon our arrival - I was really impressed that there was no sandy grit walking around barefoot considering it's a beachfront condo. Watercrest was a great building overall. The only two negatives that I have is the chair service had us back in 3rd row and the tikibar was lackluster - they closed at 5pm so don't expect to get dinner from the bar unless you're an early eater. By 6pm, finding a nearby restaurant that offers carryout is a challenge - the area restaurants we called like Schooners flat out told us they're no longer doing carryout orders. Watercrest's tikibar only serves basic foods that they can reheat in a toaster oven. I drove to Boardwalk to order dinner from their tikibar because their food was so much better (Boardwalk grill's seafood platter is DELICIOUS!!!) -- at the same time, I realize that Watercrest is a much smaller building compared to Boardwalk so that's probably why the tikibar closes so early. My family's scenario is probably unique where we prefer carry-out over dine-in and have food allergies we have to worry about. The chair service is a nice perk for sure, but for a family with young children being back in the 3rd row and not being able to see our kids at the beach was a negative... especially considering the front row was almost entirely empty (assumingly reserved for owners or people who pay). We only spent one day at the beach because of it and instead spent the rest of our time at the pool. The pool was great and my kids had no problem finding new friends to play with. The security guards were not overbearing and allowed everyone to have a good time. The only other slight knock is the cleaning crew was literally sitting on the bench outside the unit at 8am on departure day. He kept saying no rush but it still felt rushed knowing they were waiting. A few criticalities aside, our time at Beach Happy condo was absolutely excellent. The owners and Sunkissed Rentals definitely have pride in ownership and take care of the unit! A+ would recommend!!!!
