The house was lovely, the neighborhood was great. There were tons of amenities included (bikes, golf cart , ping pong, games , beach chairs) The access to the beach was perfect. The only drawbacks were that it was so windy during our stay (not the homeowners fault) we didnt get to enjoy the beach as much as we would have like to. I also didnt realize the pool wasnt heated , so we were not able to utilize it other than our two teen boys doing a polar splash and immediately getting out. Just a tip to know before you book. The only drawback was the construction directly behind the property and the neighbors (who were older and I assume live there full time) were hanging out by the fence while we were sunbathing so the privacy was lacking a bit. All in all it was a great stay!
