Initial Supplies:

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Enso Boarding Pass:

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.

Pet Policy:

Pet Fee: $152.25 per pet (separate from any HOA or resort pet fees)

Pet Limit: 2 pets

Pet fees are collected through our Enso Connect Boarding Pass prior to arrival and must be completed before check-in instructions are released.

Payment Details:

10% Down Payment Required at the time of booking
Final Payment Due 14 days prior to check-in

Cancelation Policy:

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
