The condo was beautiful, very clean, and building staff were very friendly and helpful. The second day of our stay, the thermostat had some issues. I called the customer service number and it was fixed within an hour at 9:00pm. Definitely recommend! We had a lovely vacation in this unit.

Nice area, beach was not busy. Rooms were decent, sofa bed could be updated. New washer and drying in unit was very beneficial. Check in a little confusing, but able to utilize amenities until room was ready.

Loved everything! Condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Loved the three full bathrooms! The welcome note and snacks were extremely thoughtful. Elevators were fast. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Very clean and nice!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and new. It had everything we needed in order to cook and clean. We have been staying in Sterling Breeze for 7 years and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Very comfortable beds, even the couch bed was comfortable. Plenty of blankets for everyone! The only thing I would complain about is the bunk room is very small and we had 2 teenage boys staying in it so we needed a little more room but it worked out just fine! We will be staying in this unit again!

Communication was good.

Several issues with the condo AC not working correctly, dishwasher didn’t work so we washed dishes by hand, sliding door lock fell off. All was corrected while there except for the dishwasher.
