Our mini vacation

Our room was very nice and roomy and very clean and fantastic location and loved the balcony and beach view. I would recommend t stay here close to a ever thing.

Quick getaway

I need to replace just a few nights and it was a perfect location. Bethany facing the ocean was beautiful.. the apartment with cleans, but need to be updated with furniture and places for USB connections would be great

My stay at this location was great. The property has a lot to offer we walk every because everything is close. I didnt like that i had to pay for the parking tag and bands, but overall this was a wonderful property to stay

We enjoyed our trip for the most part. Main issue was the AC wasn't working on day 1 and the master bed frame was broke. Both were fixed the next day in the afternoon. These were both significant issues to experience when you're on vacation and trying to relax.

The condo was a disappointment. The furniture was disgusting especially the chair. The heater was so loud it woke us up all night. We ended up only spending one night and left. Be careful the pictures are deceiving!

This was a Horrible unit they have a ROACH Problem !!!!! The unit also offers a washer and dryer for your use…Vacasa has signs on washer and dryer do not use !!! I have pictures of roaches everywhere and the pictures of the signs for washer and sryee

Terrible stay

The sofa and bed sheets had very large stains on them, the floor was disgusting along with shower curtain. The AC would not cool off the room, it stayed 78-80 degrees in the room to the point I had to purchase 2 fans. You could not sit on the balcony due to the odor of marijuana, which we were told it was kid friendly but you could not tell. Price was okay, I could of dealt with the others issues but no AC with small kids isn’t helping.

Okay price, but didn’t receive all that I paid for.

I made sure to pay extra for a place with a washing machine, but it was inoperative when we arrived and I was never informed ahead of time or reimbursed for my inconvenience. Lots of bugs were in the room as well, enough to the point where we had to kill several ourselves. WiFi was also decent but regularly cut out on us. Several stains were found on the master bed sheets, and there was sand ALL over the floor. On top of that, several light bulbs were out in the condo that we had to replace. Wouldn’t return here again in the future.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty

This stay was very frustrating from the get go. We received the wrong code to get into the condo and it took about 30-45 minutes to get the proper code from support. Once we got inside there was a strong pet smell and other odors, we had them come back and clean it twice (the second time we found a pot of rotting food under the stove......) The place was very dusty and it looked like the cleaning crew didnt clean under anything and swept piles of debris under beds and appliances. The view and location were fantastic. The only complaint about the property itself was their inability to keep people from smoking on premises and the sheer amount of weed that people were using on property and no one was doing a damn thing about it even after we complained.

Laketown Wharf

The condo was not as pictured at all. The paint was old, it smell like mold, the refrigerator was rusted. The worst part though was the parking and elevators. You had to park so far from your room and we waited 30 minutes for an elevator each time we needed it. The restaurants at the location were horrible as well. We will never stay here again.

Trashiest atmosphere for the price

The room itself wasn’t bad. The couch was tiny, uncomfortable, and had stains all over it. We wouldn’t even sit on it. Floors were filthy. The atmosphere was probably the trashiest I have ever experienced in Panama City. Will not stay at this condo ever again.
