Everyone gets to enjoy the serenity of the view with big picture windows and sliding glass doors that lead to a comfortable balcony. The first floor also has a great half bath and laundry area. The second floor opens at the top of the stairs to a picturesque master bedroom with a three (3) piece ensuite bathroom and a balcony that overlooks the gulf with its white sand and turquoise water. Just across the hall is the guest bedroom with picture windows that allow your guest or family to take in the view of Lake Powell. You have a three (3) piece hall bath with a floor to ceiling tiled shower.
